Such a good experience from start to finish. I called their shop to make an appointment to have my mom’s car looked at, and despite having a busy schedule, the receptionist found a way to get us into the schedule. The problem was a little tricky to diagnose, which I expected based on the intermittent issues being experienced. They called and asked follow up questions during the diagnosis process and ultimately determined the problem, and got it taken care of quickly. The price to complete the work was much less than expected. But in today’s day it’s hard to estimate pricing, with the constant price increases and inflation. My experience with Modern has always been great. Ryan does an outstanding job troubleshooting the issue, and being direct about it. Definitely very honest. And the quality of the work has kept my 2004 Honda running till this day. Not much more to say other than honest and quality work.
