Modern Collision Center

I’m so happy I chose this collision center. I had a way better experience coming here than I did at previous caliber locations. Caliber will have your vehicle for weeks before they even give an estimate or touch anything. This place will review everything and get back to you within 48 hours. Super efficient! Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and very responsive. My car was totaled, however, in this whole sad experience, the service I received from Modern was definitely a bright spot. Bill and his son are great! If you need and want transparency while going through stress with trying navigate the car repair process, come here!

I unfortunately needed repairs on two different occasions after being hit. In an otherwise frustrating and stressful time, Bill was transparent, incredibly kind, and as efficient as the insurance companies would allow. He kept me up to speed at all points of the repairs and let me know about any bumps along the way. The repairs were seamless - my car looked like nothing happened. When the second accident happened a year later, there was absolutely no question where I wanted to take my car for repairs. While I hope to not have to come back under the same circumstances, I would absolutely use Modern Collision again in a heartbeat. Bill, thanks for everything!

Best experience I've had with any collision or repair shop, hands down! Bill and his team took care of me and provided a slew of information from day one. They were consistent with communication, towed my car to their shop, worked directly with my insurance, informed me of costs, did research on the car, and had excellent customer service. Can't stress enough how satisfied I've been with the whole experience. There were constant updates and they even looked into codes that came up on the vehicle to point me in the right direction. You won't be disappointed. Would definitely come back if a situation arises.

Modern Collision was quick, professional, and speedy with repairing my vehicle a few months ago after a break-in occurred and my mirror was shattered. The pricing was very fair and my case was handled with so much care and attention. Will continue to use their services from here on out! :)
