Excellent service from Chuck and Sonia! Quick to respond, fast turnaround, and fantastic customer care from the first call. I got to speak directly with the mechanic, and they charged exactly what was quoted. Honest, reliable, and highly recommended!

Had some corrosion damage to my transmission cooler that required some significant work. They finished it on schedule and under estimate even with an additional radiator repair they noticed while they were in there. Fred at the front desk communicates well and there were no surprises (other than the radiator). It’s important to me to have price and schedule predictability. The truck is running great.

Just moved to the area and was looking for a local garage I could trust. I’m so glad I found Chuck at Modern Collision. Someone ran into our brand new Lucid in the grocery store parking lot, and we were told we would have to go all the way to Bellevue for repairs. Luckily we stopped in to Modern Collision before making that trek, and they were able to fix the dent and scratches perfectly. Work was excellent and the service was quick, we really appreciate the fact that they are here on the island to help us!!
