Worst pdr company I have ever dealt with they kept my car over a month and a half. I would call to check on the progress and get no response for days from anyone he rents out old shops in towns that have had hail damage then leaves once theres no more cars even though people still had problems with their vehicles. He brings these pdr contractors in to do his work and when i went to check on the progress of the car they were smoking weed in the shop while working on peoples cars. Thats no way to run a business at all his contact man completely cut off communication with me once there was only a couple of cars left to do. Cole should be ashamed of the business he is running. Giving people the run around and doing a poor job over all. Save yourself time and money and take your vehicles elsewhere. Not returning phone calls to make things right is bad for business. The guy has no integrity!

Cole is a horrible business owner and lacks all professionalism. He refused to finish the work on my car and pocketed the money for the parts my car still needs. Definitely don’t work with him, he’s not the trustworthy guy he pretends to be!
