To describe my car shopping experience as “pain free” would be an understatement! This past weekend I purchased my first EV through Modern Motorcars and it was a one of a kind experience; hassle free but willing to work and negotiate with me. Garrett Tucker was who I worked with and he was honest, transparent, and went to bat for me when I showed him the deal that would work for me. The prices and condition of their cars are second to none. I will definitely purchase a future vehicle of mine from them, highly recommend!

The complete experience from the time we first walked into the Modern Motorcars facility was completely stress free. My wife and I didn’t feel pressured in any way. We walked in the front door and we were greeted by Garrett who was very professional at his job and gave us the freedom to walk all through the facility and their outside inventory so we could look at our own pace. The entire process from the start to the finish and then driving home my dream cars was a very stress free experience. Also a big shout out to Jennifer in finance for her hard work and professionalism to get us the best rates. Thank you so much Modern Motorcars.

I'm writing this review the day (1-20-26) after I bought a 2018 Jeep Compass from Modern Motorcars. After enquiring about the car on cars.com Orion texted me within a few minutes. We were literally driving out of a different dealership after we walked from a bad deal. Drove up to the building with the Jeep outside ready for the test drive. The car was super clean and was pleased with the test drive. This was late in the day about an hour before they closed. They gave me a good offer on my trade (more than than the other dealership) and even though their admin fee was more my out the door price was three hundred dollars less that the other dealership we were just at. Paper work was quick and we were out the door shortly after they closed. There was no rush there was no pressure they

So I've arguably bought 10 cars online site unseen over the last 15 years. I've had some good experiences and a few that weren't so good. I must say my experience with Modern Motorcars has been great. Orion was forthright, a good communicator, and a fair negotiator. He assessed the cars's condition on my behalf very accurately and there were no surprises. Thanks again Orion and Rob for being great at what you do. Look forward to having you ship my next car out. We didn’t even take one step in their building nor did we take test drive before buying. We used Chris’ expertise to give us accurate details about the vehicle we bought. He videoed the vehicle inside and out, then took it on a test drive for us! He was very helpful as the dealership was over 3 hours away. He always responded quickly, even after hours. First class service as they delivered the vehicle to our front door!
