Very please with my drop-off appointment. I went in with warning lights that needed to be addressed and the shop called me with a clear game plan. My concern was identified, the part was in stock and ready for tomorrow, and the repair cost was very reasonable. Based on the excellent communication, I knew right away this was the shop I wanted to continue with for the repairs — no hesitation. Will has great communication skills, and they’ve easily earned my business. I was recommended this local shop by a coworker, and I will definitely continue to recommend it as well. Our go-to mechanic for years. Will, David, and the crew have proven to be the most trustworthy and honest mechanics I’ve ever worked with. Zero sliminess, upselling, or patronizing communication. They’re efficient, affordable, and always take the time to patiently explain our car’s needs and inner workings.

We bring both our cars here and have had great experiences every time. What stands out most is their honesty. I never feel like I'm being upsold or overcharged. In auto repair, trust is everything, and this shop has earned mine. Highly recommend, though selfishly, I hope they don’t get too popular.

Came here couple months back to see if they'll install customer-supplied parts as I prefer certain brands vs local store-brand parts. Unfortunately, they don't, but ended up getting a quote for how much it would be to replace wheel bearing with their parts. It was actually a reasonable quote given the effort involved. If I didn't have the parts already, I would've gone ahead for the repair with them. I didn't get his name, but the gentleman at the desk was polite. I'll likely stop by and get quote on any repairs in the future. Still wish they took customer-supplied parts though, even with no warranty :)

The team here do a great job, are friendly, and reasonably priced. From basic oil changes to engine repairs, they get it done.
