Modica Bros. Tire & Wheel Center

The guys were great. They were friendly and got my oil changed, and tires rotated in very short time. The only problem I have is, they need to put a paper floor mat in so they don’t get grease on my floorboard. Oh, and I loved that it was free for my Birthday.

This Modica Bros is the absolute best tire shop I have ever been to. They treat me like an adult instead of talking to me like I am less than and that is so appreciated. Their service is fast and reliable and they are always a pleasure to work with!

Wes was very helpful and provided great service. I haven’t always used Modica Brothers for my vehicle service in the past but will be using them in the future. I was very impressed with the service that I received and the quick service.

We had to visit Modica Brothers in Vidor numerous times the past few weeks for different things. The took care of all of them as usual. Very professional and they finished everything in a timely manner. If someone could train the employees at the Silsbee location to work and present themselves this way it would be great. The Silsbee location is terrible and I would never recommend them to anyone. My wife went to Silsbee to retrieve a tire to bring it to Vidor to expedite the courier process. The front desk worker was on his phone and didn't acknowledge her when she walked in. When she told him what she was doing he simply handed her the tire for her to take to the car and went back to ignoring everything.

They took care of us right away with kindness and professionalism. Great communication. They won a loyal customer with me.
