My Durango barely got the salt off, it didn't wash it at all, barely any water at the end to rinse off the soap, lots of dirty spots all over the vehicle. Honestly, I would give 0 stars if I could. Pictures are literally right after the wash. I paid $27 for this mess.

Went here on Dec 8 and have been waiting almost 1.5 months to hear back from a district manager (because this location was operating without a general manager for over a month) in regards to damage to my car sustained in the wash. They are denying us for any damages after waiting this long even though I am literally on footage in their parking lot fixing my side mirrors after exiting the wash because the machines banged up against them, pushing them in. Apparently it is "not consistent with damage sustained in the wash" even though I pull in without the damage and with my mirrors at their correct positions, and exit the wash with the damage and my mirrors pushed in. I pay my monthly membership for nothing because it is the second time this month that I try to wash my car between 3 and 5 in the afternoon and it is already closed. Update: I returned today 12/15/2025 two days after the first review. My car entered the car wash and left the same way. I can’t cancel my membership. They literally steal your money and time.

Second time this week that I tried multiple times to get my vehicle washed and the wash is not open. This has happened 3-4 times in the last few weeks. Paying a monthly fee for something that is not available is not acceptable. Their website is down as well. Can't even cancel the membership so I can go elsewhere. Paying for a different car wash since they are still not operational. Update: Email given on the response does not work. Can someone please advise on who I can call to cancel the monthly service. This car wash is really coming up! Alot of stuff that had been down for a while is now up and running, as well as the second and member lanes are open again. Im glad to see this car wash getting better.
