Place is routinely closed during normal business hours where you can't get a wash. However their carwash doesn't wash the back of the vehicle at all. Their corporate customer service is HORRIBLE! I called multiple times to cancel because I can never get a wash when needed, I sent an email requesting cancellation, they dont message me back until 2 days after the auto billing (7 days after I contacted them). I finally sat on hold for 20 minutes for the lady to literally not care that customers aren't happy, they just want their money and you just gotta deal with their crappy service. Tried to use local, I'll get back to the better carwash that washes better, the employees spray the bug remover qhen you pull in, the undercarriage cleaning works better, and their vacuum actually can pick up d

Car wash does not clean rear of vehicle, too many new marks/scratches every time I go through. Had to cancel my monthly subscription. Convenient and affordable, employees nice and helpful though.

Hate to say it, but I wasn't really impressed here. The amount of garbage that was left on my rims. And lower half of my truck, and it's a brand new truck, so they weren't exactly filthy, i basically came home, broke out the garden hose.That's been a way for the winter and cleaned the bottom half of my truck. . the tire black stuff was hit or miss.I have spots on my tires that are shiny and spots that are dull.It didn't completely cover them. .. and I don't think the wax was all that great, because it wasn't very shiny when it was done and dry ... staff was very friendly, but I just don't feel that was a twenty five dollar wash.

I can only speak for this location and not Mod Wash in general, but this location is not great. It seems to consistently be shut down during normal business hours and when it is open, you get inconsistent washes from one visit to the next. For example, last trip it did almost no rinsing, and there was soap left all over my vehicle. When you drive through, many of the sprayers don’t seem to be working and there’s washing brushes that are missing. It really doesn’t clean the rear of your car either. Several times I have visited and one bank of the vacuums are not working, and the carts with the towels are often times not put out and you have to walk around looking for towels to wipe down the spots the car wash missed. I have a monthly membership here and I’m considering canceling it.

Unfortunately, this is first and last time going to this car wash. It doesn’t wash the cars properly, I spent $17 and the car is still dusty and dirty in many areas. There are streaks of dust and dirty water from the areas that were missed. I can see it and feel the dust. I don’t recommend it. People are friendly but the prices are not worth it. I’m disappointed.
