ModWash

Not one to do reviews. But Wow, this place has DEGRADED..I knew my last few washes were meh. But…WHAT IS THIS. Been using mod wash for almost 3 yrs now and this is more than a disappointment. This is unacceptable. My car was cleaner before going in. Also, no one was to be found to show them that their machines are completely dirty which is why I came on here.

I would like to say I had an exceptional experience at mod wash today. A gentleman by the name of Bradley Adams offered to help me dry off and detail my car. He was very professional and polite. This gentleman is an asset to your company

Be aware of this place. Took my brand new vehicle to this place to get it cleaned up.at the entrance this cool guy was wait8ng for vehicles ans he convinced us getting new monthly subscriptions to get out cars cleaned. I had many concerns about the paint getting damaged or something happening to the car but he guaranteed me that nothing was going to happend, well Going thru the tunnel we herd a load noise like something hit the right wheel while the car was getting washed up , we got worried. But thought was normal. Stop to vaccum and clean the inside when we realized the front driver wheel guard was pulled of the wheel and broke in 2 pieces. I immediately went inside and told the employee. the employe had to go inside the tunnel to get the 2 pieces for me. the employee was very concer

Not one to usually do reviews but, I have to shine some light on Cody and the team here! Cody was kind and honest and helped me find the best plan to fit my budget and then offered to help me clean the vehicle after the wash. Most times at places like this a persons job stops there but, Cody went out of his way to make sure I had an amazing experience! This is now my favorite place to visit in a busy schedule, everyone else I’ve encountered here is also super nice as well!

I finally decided Wednesday to wash the wife's SUV. I pull in and start to pay when a worker runs over to push a sale on me. I'm not doing it so he let's through.. zero air freshener offered. So now I'm waiting for 10 minutes while he finishes up pushing a sale on the car behind me. Finally another worker noticed me waiting to get the car washed. I then make it through to the vacumes and not 1 towel to be found. So now I'm getting a little peeved..... I asked employees can you get some towels and they state the washer was broken and the owner hasn't replaced it as they are having to go down and use the laundry mat. So now I drive home with a car with water spots! Never again... why didn't they tell me this before I payed!!!!!! Update: sent email as requested and NO response! Go figure 🤔
