I had a fantastic experience at My Car Wash in Pleasantville. Tim went above and beyond—his thorough care and kindness stood out. Not only was the service excellent, but it was also a great deal for the price. Thanks to Tim’s exceptional work, I’ll definitely be coming back. He truly deserves recognition!

When they first opened, everything was fine, but after a month it all went downhill. I can forgive that they signed me up for a membership I never authorized, but what I cannot forgive is how bad the service has become. • Vacuums: most of them don’t work. • Water: not working either. • Sink to wash your hands: broken almost since day one. • Wash quality: the rear window of my car came out completely gray, as if they had just poured water on it. Honestly, I do not recommend this place. Don’t go. It’s better to just use a hose at home — same result and you save $30.

This is a nice car wash they give you good selling invents for your vehicle,the have towels you can borrow to dry your vehicle off,good music playing,no one bothering you free vacuuming free air for your tire or too blow your vehicle off or you can blow the inside out.im satisfied

I used this location recently while in the area visiting. Great experience compared to similar businesses located near me. The customer experience was great, staff are super friendly and pricing was reasonable. Next time I'm in the area visiting I plan to come back!

I come all the time at night and I want to say the guy that's at the kiosk is so super friendly evertime I come in also the guy in the tunnel is always right there never have to wait and is super friendly also.Theres only been one time I had a issue with my payment I came in and talked to the Supervisor Warren and then the Gm Scott and they were both super helpful def recommend this place for a quick and easy car wash....
