ModWash

Not a very good wash. My car was filthy going in so I didn't expect it to be completely clean coming out, but this wash is really lacking. I had a lot of Bradford pear markings that I did not expect the wash to get off, but I also had a lot of grime that I was expecting to come off. It has plenty of brushes for the side of your car but nothing for the hood and roof except some dangling strips of fabric. The hood and roof of my car looks like it was barely cleaned. And before you think it was just the level of the grime, the image attached of the roof shows a small spot that I was able to clean easily with a paper towel and some water. So you can't tell me the wash could not at least get it a little cleaner. Not worth the price at all. It does have nice vacuums but other than that, I'd choo

I had the best experience today at ModWash! "Brandon" (hopefully spelled correctly) and the guys were amazing and really went all out to clean my car. Even though it was a free wash with my coupon, they still went above and beyond. When I come back to wash my car, it will be because of Brandon's generosity!

Went to the car wash. Got the $28 level. No prewash, most of the soap squirters didn't work, and the strips were not going back and forth. So basically it was like dragging a wet towel over the car. The picture is the windshield after it dried. Very disappointed. Usually a good experience.

Your staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help me get everything set up for renewing my membership. I truly appreciate their welcoming attitude and excellent customer service.

The staff is very friendly, including the manager Greg, who is quick to help. My only suggestion would be that the vacuums could be a bit more powerful. Overall, a great experience
