I really wanted to love this place. I pulled up and met the nicest workers assisting at the kiosk. Unfortunately it went south from there. For $25 I expected at minimum there wouldn't be any dirt on my car. You can see the back of my car immediately after returning home. It's just a drive through wash, no one to wipe the water droplets that don't dry in the machines and push your mirrors back into place... Not good value for $25.

LOVE THIS NEW CAR WASH!!! The south end of Toledo has needed a car wash in this area for at least 10 years! Highest quality of washes, and the memberships honor 20% off for teachers, students and emergency workers! The vacuum station is membership only, and comes with all the attachments needed to DETAIL your car! Microfiber cloths, windex dispensers, and air blowers to get crumbs out of small nooks and crannies. Plus there's music playing outside, which is a very nice touch. I was convinced the car wash scratched my vehicle. I spoke with an employee but I wasn’t sure. The next wash it was obvious my car had been scratched. I spoke with the same young woman who was nothing but nice and she sent me to the GM. The GM Mike tried to convince me that they weren’t responsible for the scratches. I asked to file a complaint, he took pics of the car and claimed he filed the report. The company still charged me AFTER the cancellation. I called customer service who refused to provide a refund. I stopped by for a copy of the report or an incident number that Mike claimed would be emailed to me last week. He claimed it would be a “couple days” and my “paint claim would be denied” but could not provide me with report number. He NEVER filed the complaint. At no point did I as

Nice car wash, the employees are really friendly and helpful. I definitely would recommend anyone to stop in for a carwash. I love a clean vehicle . I just feel like you ride better clean!!
