ModWash

Pulled into MOD Wash in my Subaru Crosstrek having a genuinely rough day. Jake immediately turned it around. He offered to wash my mats without me asking and somehow reset my entire mood. That’s not normal customer service, that’s elite. Towels were fully stocked, vacuums were great, and everything was smooth, but let’s be honest… Jake is the experience. MOD Wash should absolutely give this man a raise or promote him to management. He knows how to treat customers like actual humans, and that matters. Came in stressed. Left happy. Jake saved the day.

AMAZING and friendly staff. I go almost every day and they have free vacuums. They’re like an escape where you’re able to enjoy yourself and get your car cleaned at the same time.

My first time using this car wash. Staff was friendly and helpful. My vehicle came out clean. Hardly any water beading left on vehicle due to the automatic drying system. Keep in mind this is more of an upscale self service car wash. There are self service spots after the wash. There are towels , vacuums, snd sprays. You do it yourself.

I expected this to be a fully automated car wash and was very dismayed to pull up and find giant touch screen menus that I couldn't fully reach unless I got out of the car. I was pleasantly surprised by a very nice young man who came over to help me. I was glad to see him. The facility is nice, clean, welll kept, the wash was fine, no tipping which is the best. One minor issue. I was there at 9am on a Saturday morning amd there were no clean cloths. Sorry to say that will not be back. My preference. I don't want to clean the inside myself. I don't want to vacuum myself. I'm a petite over 60 female. I need a Tylenol and a nap now. I would rather pay more and go to a full service wash. Hand the car over, walk down beside the wash tunnel, pay and sit. I'm handed back a clean car

I very much anticipated the opening of Mod Car Wash on Rte37 & I was not disappointed.. I actually went to the car wash three times before it officially opened. I met Randy and I was very happy with the experience talking to him. Your staff is just wonderful. Emilee especially 🤗 I was actually part of my daughters membership on Fischer Blvd but chose to enroll/pay my own I highly bragged about this car wash in “Next Door” a community posting @ the time you opened, Hopefully it helped in your membership 🤗
