Had to pick up a car that was towed to this location. The website shows they close at 5pm Mon-Fri so I left work early and showed up at 430. As soon as I open the door the front desk lady says they’re closed. Thankfully we were able to get her to call and ask the driver if it was possible to drive the car out of the lot. Initially she said the gates were locked so they couldn’t. I never write poor reviews but I’ve never met a nastier front desk receptionist in my life. She was full of demeaning and rude comments that I had to ignore if I wanted to be able to get my car and avoid paying another day of storage fees. She said there were 100 other cars towed that same weekend and they were all “losers” for not having their things in order. Just one of many similar comments from this woman. Asi

WORST TOWING COMPANY IN CT. After essentially stealing the car, the manager has completely failed to contact the paying customer. Multiple egregious mistakes were made by his own employees, and rather than taking any accountability, they’ve blatantly ignored all the errors and continue to brush us off. They had the audacity to charge $500.00 just to retrieve our own personal belongings from the vehicle—absolutely outrageous. What should have been a straightforward transactions has spiraled into an absolute nightmare, all thanks to the incompetence and negligence of the manager. A court-mandated letter has been ignored for weeks, showing a total lack of respect for any legal process, and it’s clear they have no intention of responding. It’s appalling that a place like this is still allowed

$300 to release a car after 2 nights. I can't wait for the new law against predatory tow companies to kick in.
