After my friend's car was stolen, found, and tolled to Modzelewski's, the contact person was kind and patient when we called regarding retrieving the vehicle. When we arrived at the shop, the person in charge was very helpful. He let us take our time to examine the vehicle, offered help, and was patient when my friend had to contact the insurance company and contemplate the next step. They were clear with setting realistic expectations and were flexible depending on my friend's decisions. They listed out the mechanical and logistical challenges they faced in a very clear way.
