Monarch motors was a pleasure to work with. We purchased a Lexus GX460 from them, and it was in great shape! It was worth the ride from Michigan to VA Beach. Ryan and the owner Karna were honest and quick with their communication. One thing that impressed me the most was this: I had seen a few lights not working on the Lexus and pointed it out to Ryan and Karna. I thought they’d have to order the part and fix it after purchase but they IMMEDIATELY fixed it all right then and there… took less than 5 minutes. You won’t see that at other dealerships. Make sure to visit!

Great experience working with the team at Monarch Motors. This car almost seemed too good to be true. I bought this 300 almost a month ago and was waiting to write this review in case anything happened. From our salesman, to the fellow we did the paperwork with, to the owner. Everything was smooth and flawless. They completed the DMV paperwork, sent my title to NFCU. I didn’t have to do any leg work or follow up on the progress at all. And most of all, they were honest about everything. Even the lady from Navy Federal we picked the check up from said they are a solid car dealership. The owner bought this dealership in 2020 and has been doing military sales since then. If I was in the market for another car, I would trust them again!

Would definitely buy another vehicle from Monarch again! Customer service was excellent and they worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted for a more than reasonable price ! We were able to get our 2016 Hellcat Charger from Monarch and couldn’t be happier ! The owner did an amazing job of taking care of it and helped us a lot. We wouldn’t own our dream car if it wasn’t for him.

I had a great experience buying my 4Runner from Monarch Motors. The staff were friendly and easy to work with. Pricing was fair, and I never felt any pressure or pushy sales tactics, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a stress-free buying experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle.

I personally didn't buy a vehicle from them but I'd like to make it a point to let others know they did offer me great customer service. (Karna) knew I was 4.5hrs away and sent me ALL the pictures and videos of everything I asked for without hesitation. Thank you for before a great sales person
