The girls at this location are professional & friendly. They help answer all questions as needed and go above by explaining details of your policy. Always a prompt answer when calling to make a payment over the phone. When visiting the office you are greeted and acknowledged when you arrive. They offer you refreshments as well.

AILEEN is amazing! She gives detailed & accurate answers to ALL your questions. Her patience is incredible, making her perfect for anyone NEW to the experience. I strongly recommend her!

I will never ever bring a car here or recommend anyone do ESPECIALLY if you have a Tesla. They said they could only find one company to insure me and it would cost $520 to switch after I paid she called an asked for an additional $30. She knew I didn’t have the Tesla yet and said when you get it we will just switch. Once I got my Tesla she ok that’ll be another $380 to add the Tesla and I said no thank you I’ll cancel. 8 days later I call to ask about a refund and they said I will talk to management and call you back. She called back only to say “we did. Nothing wrong and owe you nothing. Mind you Teslas own Ins only cost me $150 upfront and the way my monthly payment.

On Nov 8, 2023 at 930 am I visited the location on Prairie Ave and Hawthorne Blvd in the city of Hawthorne, Ca and. I told her I was looking into a cheaper auto policy and her response was “they didn’t have cheaper auto insurance”. She told me this without asking how much I was currently paying nor did she ask for any details. Is she Maleficent? Does she have magical powers to just know everyone’s quote? Or does she just not want me as a customer. I had to almost beg her to put my info in the system. I doubt if she really input anything and then she turned around and just said $341 a month . She was arrogant and the place was empty. That matches. You will have an empty place with this level of customer service.
