Very professional and quick repair Mongoose fixed side of our work vehicle in two days total time , we are pleased with results!

My car had issues with its Turbo not boosting. After taking it to the dealership and to another shop and they couldn’t fix it, I found Mongoose Autobody & Collision Repair. I called and told them my issues and I felt confident that they could diagnose the issue. I dropped the car off and the repair man was able to find and fix the issue in a matter of hours. He didn’t patronized me, he didn’t try to up sell me anything. He did what he said he would do at a fair price. We all know how hard it is to find a good mechanic that we can trust, and I am so happy I found a right car repair.

This was great mechanic shop A guy named Ivan. He’s the man cool keeps 💯with you and tells you the truth about the vehicle and secretary she’s very nice and very transparent and help u with anything. And the work they did on my truck was great. She’s running like a champ.

I had my vehicle at this shop, for my transmission, I was told that my deductible was a $100 something dollars, and I kept asking are you sure, if that's all I have to pay as my deductible, I was told yes, All of a sudden, I would say about 2 weeks later, I get a phone call, from Brittany stating my deductible was going to be $3000,000 mind you my extended warranty was already dropping $5000,000 for a new transmission, I told her to hold that thought, tell them don't touch my truck,me paying that ridiculous price isn't happening, To top it off, I was told they were waiting for the new transmission to arrive before they take out the old one, I was just there a couple days ago to see what the status was in regards to ,If they had started the work, my truck was still sitting there, All of a s
