Monkey's Auto Spa

I am SO happy Monkey’s auto spa exists ! They do incredible detail work and give me my car back looking brand new each time, high attention to detail. They also did a great job on my window tint. Prices are more than reasonable for the quality of detailing they do.

I brought my vehicle to Fix Auto after the driver-side window was vandalized in Downtown Los Angeles. Darwin and Alberto were attentive and courteous throughout the intake process, and I appreciate their professionalism. However, I am disappointed with the detailing service performed by Monkey Spa Auto Detail (Pico & Flower), which was selected by Fix Auto. A charge of $250 was submitted for the cleaning. For that price, the results were well below standard. The vehicle was not properly washed, and the interior was not vacuumed to a level that reflects a $250 service. Broken glass debris remained, and the overall finish did not meet reasonable expectations. I was informed that State Farm only covers removal of broken glass, not a full wash or interior detail. Avoid this place at all costs. Should have just trusted my gut and paid ore for the work to be done in my local area. Owner claimed the poor work is ‘normal and what to expect when they wash cars in the same area as wrapping’ Confusing effort for success is a terrible thing. Over 50 areas with contamination, almost every panel is peeling at the edges 5 days later. Bad business management and poor quality control. Gave me 10% back as a nice slap in the face. Letting all my Rivian friends know to avoid this place. If you care about your car don’t take it here.

I took my GTS to Monkeys Auto Spa for a wash and was thoroughly impressed with the service they provided. Soozy did a great job and made sure to note any concerns and paid attention to every detail, from the wheels to the windows, and even took the time to dry my car off by hand to ensure there were no water spots Great customer service. Quick communication. Overall, I would highly recommend Monkeys Auto Spa to anyone looking for a great car wash experience in DTLA.

Extremely disappointing service!!! I had my car detailed here recently, and it was a huge disappointment. Yes, my car was dirty when I brought it in, but I expected to get it back clean – after all, that’s what I was paying $250 for. Unfortunately, they failed to meet even basic expectations. I specifically requested the roof interior to be cleaned, but they completely ignored it, leaving it as dirty as it was. The seats were still sticky in some places, and several areas were poorly vacuumed. It was clear that no real effort was made to do a thorough job. Honestly, this service wasn’t worth more than $150, and I was willing to pay that amount despite the lack of quality.
