I’ll tell you guys Monopoli’s the place to take your vehicle if your a single parent trying to make ends meet. So I was picking up my youngest from school when my car started “putt.putting” and being all hesitant. So I was near by the shop i usually would take it to for any problems my 2012 Honda Crosstour would have. It ended up being the alternator and they wanted a lot of money for it. Including a diagnostic fee and all that. I just didn’t have it and honestly I thought it was too pricey. So I shopped around and read the reviews for Monopoli’s. Spoke to Mike like you guys recommended and he was so professional and understanding. Told me to bring the car in that day. Got it towed there and they fixed it ( it was the alternator) by the next day and charged me half the price. If i tell you

Really friendly and great customer service! Passed by here after my regular repair shop wouldn’t take me in for a quick engine light.. they took me right in and told me what the code might be.. will definitely be taking my business here!!

Nicest mechanic I've ever met. He fixed a shield that had fallen off the bottom of my car, said it would cost only $20, but did it all for free in about 30 minutes. Great man and fast service!
