Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers

They are outstanding! I arrived 15 minutes earlier than my appointment time and the gentleman went out and pulled the car in to start working on it, even though I was early. The oil change took no time at all. I only use Monro and I highly recommend them.

I called first thing in the morning to get a quote on tires. I explained my situation and that I needed decent tires, cheap and as quick as possible. From the time I checked my baby in until we were back on the road was less than an hour. 2 new front tires mounted, balanced and installed with great customer service Certainly will be my new go to tire shop when I'm in a rush! By far the shortest wait time I have ever seen!

It went fast made the appointment the day before. Overall a good experience. Had 4 wheel alignment done on a 09 mercedes SLK. It has staggered wheels (rear are bigger than the front) and they are one of the very few shops around that said they could do it and actually got the job done. Mavis the day before and they had me waiting 5 hrs just to tell me they couldnt do it. It's the only model they don't have in their computer. That was fine they recommended me here to Monroe and they had my car a short time and gave me the information about how bad my alignment was before the adjusting they did. I was .8 off on my front passanger and .50 on both rear tires. With new tires its expected to be off some so I don't think anything is worn out but if I need future work I may come here.

Terrible.. Made an appointment for new tires, oil change, and inspection that was confirmed. Several days after I arrive for the appointment only to have them tell me they dont have the tires but can sell me some off brand crap. took the day off for this and the day was completely wasted. Thanks for nothing Monro - Herkimer Your service sucks!

This isn't a review for this location so much as it is for the website scheduling function, and complete lack of inventory procedures. DO NOT use the website to determine if they have your tires in stock. Last night I was looking for a local place to get winter tires put on, and their website said they had the right ones in stock. So I booked an appointment for this morning and took time off from work. But when I show up this morning the polite and apologetic man at the counter informed me that they do not have any winter tires in the correct size (how do you not have any, in November, in CNY in a very common 65/205/16 size????). So, poor inventory control and a terrible website scheduling function are the 2 issues that will ensure I NEVER use Monroe Auto Service and Tire Center ever again
