.....Noticed my muffler sounded slightly louder .Called today and they were able to get me right in. They looked at it and told me my muffler flange had rotted and it had no bolt. They said it was a simple fix. They had it fixed within a hour . It cost me less than $100 totalfor parts and labor. I'm happy with it so far. If it gives me any problems will update my review. Everyone was very courteous and nice...... Update Had another issue with my car. I had a good experience with this place last time so I called them back up. They were able to fix my vehicle and did it quickly and efficiently. The man who works here Craig went above and beyond to help. More places need employees like him. Will definitely be back ( hopefully not any time soon). I added a star to my review because of Craig's

I had to get an inspection and oil change on my car. Stopped at Monroe in Auburn NY without an appointment & they were able to take care of both immediately. Very friendly and competent service. I definitely will be back for any future car needs!

Fast, reliable and honest. I've been to the big dealerships in town and have been mislead, misquoted and overcharged. If it's not a brand new car they dont want to take the time to actually do any work. And if it is a new car they overcharged based on it being new. Here, I haven't experienced this. Straight forward mechanics who listen and give suggestions. I recommend.

The guys that run this place are honest, too notch people. I return again and again because of it. The manager is honest and fair and the mechanic is always straight with you and happy to help.
