Walked-in w/o an appointment with an exhaust leak. They were able to get me in the shop, fixed, and on my way quickly and a reasonable price. I was very pleased with the entire transaction.
Easy setting appointment. Schedule state b in section. Was done efficiently, correctly, and in a timely manner! I appreciate the staff at this Monroe!
The gentlemen were kind, honest, and helpful. Someone was always available to answer calls or assist me at the desk. The part arriving took longer than anticipated, but the mechanic work quickly to replace the part. I had to return to the shop due to a minor concern and he completed the quick fix on the spot. The price was fair for the part and labor.
I had a state inspection and they were very professional,and helpful.Jacob in the front office was very kind and helped me with everything.
Very friendly. Went in with 2 new tires and wheels. Already had them off the car. The 2 guys there were friendly, quick and knowledgeable.
