EDIT/UPDATE: I got an oil change and tire rotation 11/1 at this location and nearly had a wheel off within 250 miles. My wife and I could've had a serious accident. It ruined our plans and we had to turn around due to the violent wobbling (newer Miatas don't come with a lug wrench it turns out) and missed out on Thanksgiving dinner with our family. I took it to the dealership and EVERY LUG on EVERY wheel was outside of torque spec according the dealership technician. A couple on both front wheels could be removed with my bare hands. Luckily, the dealership discovered no permanent damage to the wheels, lugs, suspension, etc. Your techs incompetence could've costed us our lives. I will never return to this location. Extremely last minute, I needed to replace the tires on my vehicle in order for it to pass inspection after shattering my windshield. It was an extremely stressful and money intensive experience the entire week. As a single woman, it’s also very stressful to do this every year, as many of the local options for car work feel…creepy. I shopped prices between Monro, BJ’s, Sam’s Club, Costco, more than tires, Walmart, Midas, Mavis, Barrick’s, etc. I actually originally chose BJ’s because the price was about $50 cheaper for everything and included an alignment, along with the fact that it’s nice to be able to order online. I went here for the first time for my car's inspection, and I waited in the shop until my car was finished, and they were so quick! Pam was so lovely and a joy to speak with. I am usually wary of trying out new shops, but this place truly has integrity. They really value their customers here, and I will be taking my car in for anything I may need now! Took my dually with a 5.9 Cummins Diesel Engine in for an oil and filter replacement. My first time there. It won't be my last. I found them to be very professional and knowledgeable of the products I would need. They did exactly what I ask to be done, and,,,,,it was completed in a timely manner. Been driving past this place for a long time. Never know what all they do. Anyhow, I recommend this business very highly. NOW,,, everyone, go have a blessed day.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Very efficient and thorough about the work they do. It's interesting and fun to watch the techs work on the vehicles and they do it with a smile on their face. If you're looking for a trust worthy, quick service place to take your vehicle to ...
