Andrew was a great help and great to work with. After my battery unexpectedly died, he worked to have a courier bring a replacement over so that he could help get me back on the road as quickly as possible. He even took the time to clean up a bunch of corrosion and explained how I can stay ahead of that, and then he helped me clear out some error codes that the dead battery tripped. What a guy! Very thankful for him and his expertise in my family’s time of need.

Customer service was good, but work was not done right. My tires were put on but not balanced correctly. I am having to have them re balanced at another place

My experience here was lovely, I can’t say enough about it. I was traveling on a weekend trip when my car broke down half way between my house and my destination. I chose this place to tow my car to because I saw they had weekend hours. I arrived on a Friday, 15 minutes before they closed, but the person who helped me was so nice. He listened to what happened, made an educated guess as to what the problem was and went ahead and ordered the parts so that work could start the next day. Despite me showing up on the heels of their closing time, this person even called to confirm that delivery of the parts would be for the next day. Then, around noon the next day (Saturday), I got a call saying that my car was done and that it wasn’t as bad off as expected. The estimate that I was quoted origin

Some lady at a call center made me an appointment to have my Amazon ordered tires installed. I informed her they were 35's. She said it was "absolutely no problem" went to my appointment and they said they couldn't do 35's first why does a tire and service place needs a call center service that have no idea what they're talking about. Bad customer service

I was having issues with my alternator making noise. Monro got it fixed quickly. I am also pleased with the friendliness and professionalism. I strongly suggest this place.
