Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers

Monro's weekend hours and swift service were a godsend after I broke down late on a Friday night! They had my car fixed for a super reasonable price before noon on Saturday. Can't recommend them enough!

I'd leave a negative review if possible. My girlfriend messaged me with a picture of a screw in her tire. I called around her area for a quick tire plug and this shop said they could see her in an hour. Ok great. I send her there and they tried to sell her a whole package, new tire, alignment, rotation, the whole deal. For a tire to be plugged which I could do myself. If you are a lady be advised that they will try to take advantage of you. They even started before she said yes because they thought she was going to ok the work. Avoid this place.

I had itcost that much h a tire stem changed first I was told that didn't have the part and 20inutes later I was told Auto Zone had it and they were only 6 t0 7 minutes down the road. I WAITED at least 16 minutes for them to get there and over 45minutes for the work to be done. It cost me 140dollars to get the work done and I know there was no way it cost that much then they said you now have to have the Dealer reset my PSI or the light will stay on! I could have had the dealer do it all because now the are saying it will cost me 200dollars so it's costing me 340dollars for a tire stem. By the way I am a woman who trusted to be TREATED RIGHT . THEN THEY SAID WE DID A COUTESYCHECK YOU NEED 2 TIRES!!!! I would never buy them there! LEARN HOWTO TREAT WOMEN

Scheduled an appt in the morning for 3:30pm to get tires. I looked online for their available tires they had in stock and saw ones i wanted so i booked with them through their online appointment system. When I arrived for my appointment i was told it would be a 2 hour wait until my car could be seen. Then I went to purchase their tires and they told me they didn’t have any tires in sets of 4 for my car. They had one brand with 3 tires and one brand that only had 1 tire. She gave me the quote for the brand that had the 3 tires to get two of them replaced. Then i was told that my car can’t just replace 2 tires and i need all 4 done. They don’t have a set of 4 tires for my car. Then they told me they could order tires for tomorrow morning for me. They pulled the tire quote for the brand i saw

I got a flat tire and went to Monroe Auto Tires — they fixed it quickly and did an amazing job! The service was great, everyone was friendly and professional, and I was back on the road in no time. Definitely recommend them if you need tire work done!
