Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers

These workers have to be slow. I came to this shop & presented my issue with my vehicle. They then told me it would be $125 for a DIAGNOSTIC. I then asked what do yall do for the diagnostic that would justify it costing that much. They looked me right in the face & said all they were doing was plugging in the OBD scanner that’s it. I don’t usually do these type of places but since I was traveling with a lack of options I figured why not. Now I know better

The service was excellent. Easy to schedule, accommodating, asked pertinent questions. My car has been fine since visit. Team is very friendly , they do quality work.

If I could give a zero score I would. I brought my car to Monroe in East Syracuse for an inspection. They took the car back and then came out to tell me my wiper was ripped and I needed front pads and rotors. He then said he something about not having another sticker which I wasn’t sure what he meant and then gave me an estimate of $800+ to replace the pads and rotors and the wipers. I told him I couldn’t imagine my brakes were bad since they weren’t slicking, sticking, making noise or any other physical sign that they were worn and that my husband could change them if needed. Also, I had my brakes all done not long ago. They then went into the back and brought my car out to me MINUS an inspection sticker and gave me a slip of paper to put on the dash in case I got stopped. They said I had

They were very attentive and looked over it for us after we hit a deer on the highway and said everything look good and didn’t charge us anything big thumbs up to these guys thank you thank you thank you

Excellent service and a five-star experience. We arrived here facing a tire issue that took us quite a while to sort out, but the customer care and service were outstanding. John was especially helpful throughout.
