Went there to have my DRL bulbs changed. First I was told it was intricate and would have to be put on a lift. Not true. I told them I saw a video that says otherwise. Then was told it was $60. Per bulb. I said forget it ill take care of it. I know the bulbs are sold for half that. He said we'll, I have to mark them up. I said by doubling them? He then said he would charge me $45. Apiece that included labor. I said fine do it. Well, my car didn't get lifted and it took all of 5 minutes to do. When I got my paperwork it just says miscellaneous service at $139.97 each with a total of $279.94. Then a discount of $189.94 for a total of$90. So you're gonna tell me they were going to charge me almost $300. To change 2 bulbs? Yes, they would have had i not said something. I will not go back to mo

David and the service team are great and did a great job. Analyzed the problem, reviewed the problem with me along with the associated costs and completed the work on time. The vehicle was returned clean. Great experience and would recommend this Monroe Service to anyone.

Car wouldn't start, Monroe was willing to take it right in. They charged me 1 hour labor to rework and replace the battery terminals. They didn't include extra work, or parts which I didnt need. I would recommend bringing your vehicle to Monroe for repairs. Staff is great!

I went to Monroe for an inspection sticker and unbeknownst to me I needed 4 new tires on my 3 year old car. The staff went out of their way to find me the best tires for my money. I really felt my best interests were served. Within 24 hours I had new tires, an alignment and the inspection sticker. I will be a customer for life! Thank you to Dave and his staff.

Honest and Affordable My GMC Terrain had a noisy exhaust leak. I went to the Munro shop in Tilton. My own tech told me I needed a short flex pipe replacement. Dave, the manager at Munro estimated it would cost about $250. After getting it on the lift, they saw that I only needed a gasket, a far cheaper repair. They could have simply done the gasket and a new flex pipe and I wouldn't have known the difference and been happy anyway. Because of their honesty, I saved a lot of money. Dave, the manager, also works on vehicles so he knows what he's talking about about. Auto repairs can be a nightmare. Being in service is almost like having a license to steal. Finding honest people, like Munro in Tilton, is crucial. I will be referring them to everyone.
