Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers

I was taking my toddler on a long road trip to visit family and entrusted this shop to ensure my car was safe before hand. After new tires and replacing my brakes, I returned because I felt a rubbing and shaking in the front end but they brushed me off. They said “they adjusted the weights in the tires and didn’t see any problems” and had me take my car back with in a couple hours of dropping it off that morning. Unfortunately, I broke down in the middle of the night near Atlanta because of the missed CV axle damage—something they should have easily been caught with the complaints that were brought forward. I trusted them with my safety, and their lack of diligence put me and my 2 year old at risk. I hope others are heard better than I was.

I don’t know the name of the lady who helped me today, but she was truly wonderful. She is beautiful, kind, and incredibly warm-hearted. She helped me check my tire pressure, filled the air for me, and even cleared the snow off my mudguard without me asking. I’m really grateful for her patience and kindness. I hope everything goes well for her, and she continues to be surrounded by good people and good things. She truly deserves it.

On December 4th I made a appointment to have my tires looked at....4:30 I had two tires that would not hold air...the guy I dealt with was not friendly and short like I was more like a bother to him ...he said he would check out the two tires...he comes back with 1 tire had a nail in it and was NOT repairable , the 2nd one had a groove cut into it and also was NOT repairable , and his solution was I needed two tires at the cost of $365.14...I could not afford that ..so I asked him if he had put air in them so I could at least get myself back home ...he said YES....I'm a older woman and the last thing I needed was to be stranded out along the road during this extremely cold we were having...I barely got my car home ...when I did I checked them cause the light on the dash showing low pressu

Short turn time on 4 new tires. The crew did a great job with alignment, mounting and balancing in time for a short notice road trip. Honest and knowledgeable, would highly recommend.

Oil change was fast, but they told me my rear tires were getting old. I knew this already. Issue came up when they were both flat that same evening. Turns out valve stem cores were loose. I do not believe it was coincidence that valve stem cores ended up loose on the same tires they told me would need replaced soon.
