Wonderful. I just moved to Hanover, and found them on Google and they were close to my house. Easy to schedule an appt online. The staff are absolutely wonderful! Very nice, accommodating, and the service is quick, quietly I’ve ever received at an auto shop. Not to mention the staff at the front desk are very friendly! They kept me entertained while I waited. Nice conversation, good humor, and good knowledge of cars, as expected. Very fair price, felt confident in the service I received, very honest. I will be exclusively be using them for all of my car needs now. Wonderful service all around. And something little- when they drove my car into the shop, they did good rearranging and adjusting the drivers seat which I really appreciated, especially considering I’m short.

We aren’t from the area and weren’t sure where to go for services. My husband brought in tires to be installed to have inspection and emissions completed. These guys were awesome. They did a professional install job, took their time worked til it was perfect. They helped him with inspection and even told him how to fix an issue they could have charged him for. These guys are top notch and will be our go to guys for all our auto needs.

Scammers - wife had a windshield wiper stop functioning on her vehicle. She was quoted $1,000+ to replace two windshield wiper motors. I am 150% certain that her car only has a single motor that powers the windshield wipers. Even if there were two motors, the part itself costs ~$100 and they acknowledged labor time was 15-20 minutes so you do the math. $800+ for 20 minutes of labor - no thank you. This place used to be reasonable and trustworthy (years ago) but something clearly has changed. Don't waste your time

I am a widow whose husband used to take care of everything having to do with my car. So when I lost a windshield wiper due to the ice and snow on my car I was lost. I thought I could figure it out but the bracket to the wiper was stuck in the arm of the wiper. So I took it to the Monroe dealership hoping that they could help me out and that's exactly what they did. They dropped everything and helped me right away so that I didn't have to worry about driving 30 miles to my dealership. Now I have a brand new blade on my car and I am so thankful because we have more snow coming and I didn't know what I was going to do otherwise.

My wife and I moved to Hanover in 2018 and through the years, we've been here for multiple services. They're always prompt, thorough, and accommodating with our busy schedules. Everyone has a pleasant attitude and I always enjoy coming here
