Monro did an excellent job with my vehicle. They were very accommodating, especially when I was late for my appointment because the battery was dead. They began working on it as soon as I could get it in to the shop. They let me know in a timely manner what needed to be done & what the cost was. The work was accomplished in a timely, professional manner. Everyone was friendly, professional, & helpful!

Five stars for the guys at Monroe muffler on Jonestown Road in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania! Sunday evening, 30 minutes before closing, and I had a broken valve stem. I managed to get it in to their shop, and they had me out and on the road In half an hour. I’ve used their facility before, they’re friendly very courteous and know what they’re doing. I highly recommend them.

Had a problem with a Mass air sensor. On a Sunday morning. It was very expensive. But they were able to get the part needed. Put it in within an hour. Walked me thru what needed to be done. Greatly appreciated for them. Thank you Monro. They are my new Mechanics.

My appointment went well. All the gentlemen working there were kind and thorough. And I had inspection and emissions and back brakes. And only there one hour and 30 min. I will be back and tell others oh great service. And this was on New Year's Day .
