Went in for just a tire rotation. Tiffany was polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She got me in and out of there very quickly, so then I decided to get a quote on snows which she did for me within about 1 minute.

The team at Monroe in Plaistow are great. I've been there twice in the last month with two of my cars and they have offered advice and options which in the end saved me quite a bit of money and addressed the concerns that needed to be addressed.

Great place where you should be to fix your car, very professional and friendly people. I really appreciate the support especially from the manager Nick! See you next time for sure!

I had a wonderful visit and the employees were very attentive and friendly. However, I discovered that the prices for the work needed were quite high, leading me to find another location that offers more reasonable prices.
