Well - the local Monroe Mechanic Kennwas great. He got the car in quickly and performed the oil change for us. ** The Only issue I had was with the “Call Center” who answered the call for an appointment didn’t put it in my local LeRoy Monroe’s system. We like it much better when Candice was there helping us make appointments

I use to go to Avon but the new mgr I didn’t get a good vib from him. I took my car there for inspection and in June I brought my sons tires there from the same mgr. She is very easy to chat with I didn’t feel pushed on tires to buy.

Service was quick and well done. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because, after the inspection, my car was smelling like cigarettes inside and it was not pleasant. We do not allow people smoking in our car as we have children with lung issues. Besides that, all good!

Candice and Ken are easy to talk to. Fixed problem. Schedule my appointments able to get the equinox to pass inspection finally. Best repair shop I've been to in long time.
