Got new tires, an oil change, and a wiper blade done here. Everything was straightforward and smooth. They were quick, honest, and didn’t try to push anything extra on me. The prices were fair and the work was done right—no issues, no drama. It’s clear they know what they’re doing and care about doing a good job. I’ll definitely come back next time I need something done.

I came here in need of help. I left another place called tire Plus on 27th Street and they were really rude. I was in my work car, and this place was awesome. The staff spoke to me, kept me informed on what was going on. Also to be the very fast job which hopefully is always effective, being considerate of my time. CJ and his staff need a raise they were great and very helpful. Anybody who's looking for tires please go here. Awesome job fellas keep up the good work!!!

Not Open! Booked an appointment online for new tires as we have our sedan rolling with a donut after and unrepairable flat. Called this morning 2 hours ahead to confirm they had the tires per their website's recommendation and a call center employee told me the service manager would call me back. Called again an hour later and left a voicemail. Assumed they were busy with tires on sale and the cold weather--we had trouble getting in elsewhere in a timely manner. My husband limped the car there to find the open sign left on and no one at the shop. There was a snowstorm yesterday, but to not even put up a sign or have corporate send a form email cancelling appointments for impacted customers is ridiculous.

Update 12/5/25 To this day they denied any wrongdoing and did not pay for anything. I had to go pay for my own insurance claim. Also, they never changed the oil like they said they did. People avoid this place at all costs. Update 9/15/25 Their claims insurance still has yet to pay for my repairs. They have have told me to get an estimate but since then it's been about a month since I got the estimate. 8/17/25 To this date they still have not admitted to anything or resolved a claim I made over a month ago. The people on their customer service lines just "escalate" the claim but this doesn't actually mean anything because their claims department is non existent or avoids you altogether. I experienced a tire blow out on the expressway near College Ave exit and closest Monro in Milwaukee. The experience of blow out on the expressway was scary, especially waiting 2.5 hours for tow. Once my car was dropped off at Monro, I felt reassured wth safety. CJ and Tommy were helpful and knowledgeable with tires performance and maintenance.
