Nice people there. Manager Anna is awesome! Got brakes front end alignment and new tires in the past 2 weeks. Follow up with the lug nuts very important to have done. Price was alittle on the high side but so far worth it.

I have no complaints about this business. I made an appointment and arrived on time… My car was taken in within minutes. I was told it would be about 45 minutes or so and in 30 minutes I was back in my car and on my way. I had an oil change tire rotation done. Will definitely be returning for my oil changes and any other car care issues I may need in the future!!

I went to get a tire looked at and Anna and Matt couldn’t have been more helpful. They were out of the part so Matt and I went to a parts store and bought one. He made sure it was the right part- it was a Sunday morning. Anna was very nice and made sure everything was running smoothly. Would definitely recommend. Thank you so much!

I was very pleased with my service at Monroe tires in Naugatuck. The service representative Ana was personable and accommodating. She took time to explain the diagnostics and repairs, provided alternatives to lower overall cost and pricing was reasonable., and made contact with me throughout the day prior to completing the work.

I had the oil changed and tires rotated on my truck today. Anna was working the front desk today. Edwin has helped me in the past during M-F business hours. Both of them are excellent which makes for great service! I appreciate that I can call to book an appointment a few nights prior to dropping off my vehicles for maintenance and service and then have the service completed within a few hours! Thanks for always doing a great job!
