Monro Auto Service did a very good job on my tires of my KIA EV6 , Service Technician was really knowledgeable and approachable. Definitely satisfied with the work they did to our car tires. 100% reliable and commendable service ,especially to the Manager for a job well done , complimentary coffee too was so good . I cracked my radiator, spitting my tires in this blizzard that we just had this past weekend. I had no idea where I was going to turn on what I was going to do. I called Monroe and they told me to bring the car right in. Taylor and the rest of the staff do impeccable work! They do whatever they can to get your car in as soon as possible, way quicker than any other place I’ve ever dealt with! The pricing for the work done was reasonable. I would highly recommend Monroe on route 30 in North Versailles for anyone that has anything they need done with their car.!

I had a tire that had been losing air and giving me grief for months but I hadn't had the time to make an appointment to get it looked at. I ended up with a few free hours and they were able to get me in within an hour of calling and fixed my tire up. Also had great snacks and water in the waiting room. Would definitely recommend.

I called the number provided on Google. A lady with a heavy accent answered the phone. English is not my first language. Neither it’s hers. So I had some hard time to understand her. I told her I needed camshaft sensor for Subaru. She did not know what camshaft was, asked me to spell it multiple times, then she gave up on it and just started to schedule my appointment. I was 10 mins away from the shop and it took me 10 mins just trying to spell the world camshaft out. It easily could take another hour for her to collect my other info for the appointment, so I decided I would rather drive straight to the shop. As I arrive, I was still in my car when a guy went outside and told me they were packed for at least 2 hours. I understood it was an invitation to leave but I thought I would still go

The manager and crew worked with me to replace a one piece muffler that had become a two piece one.As a new one was hard to find, I arrived at 8 AM, was diagnosed, part was FOUND, and I returned home until part arrived. Call Came in at 12:15, I was back at the shop by 12:50 and on the road with a completed job by 1:05!!! Highly recommend!?!
