Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers

My car started making a loud noise and I was worried to drive it home so I seen Monroe was open . I called got in (late in the day 6pm) They got me right in and discovered my springs and breaks went on my car . They advised me not to drive it as it was unsafe . It was my choice to drive it and they took me to my car and showed me the issues to why to their decision. I left the car there and they had my car fixed next day . They were all so very helpful pleasant to work with and called me to see if the car was working properly etc Do business again

Flat tire repair. Super efficient. Was able to get me in within a couple of hours of calling. Very professional service, recommend highly. TY

Excellent service. I was to leave for FL Saturday morning - got a flat tire Friday evening. Chris drove to Springville (on his day off) to pick up 4 new tires for me - Olean did not have my size in stock. Then he called to let me know they were there. He could not have done more yo get me on the road asap! Other Monroe staff were pleasant and professional. I will tell everyone to call Monro!

Mike is the best. Fair, honest, and genuine. Treats customers with respect and is very transparent. Auto repair places in general have a reputation for ripping people off but I will be coming here at least as long as Mike is employed here.

Excellent experience here at Monro. The folks that worked on my car were professional, concise, and took the time to explain all my options. When i left i had an error pop up on my screen which ended up being a quick malfunction of my key fob(it resolved itself shortly after). Despite having just left when i came back they diagnosed it, gave me an error code(since it was dealer specific part), and made sure it was fine.My only complaint was that the appointment setting service when I called wasn't very clear on setting a time for when I needed the car to be done. So I accidently set the appointment to be done whenever as opposed to a specific time.
