Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers

I got a nail in one of my car tires in North Attleboro around 4 PM and urgently searched for a place to repair it willing to pay anything for assistance. I found this Monro center and called immediately. The representative (Sara) did not seem to understand the urgency and spent a long time collecting information---including my email---and confirming an appointment at 4:30 PM. She even tried to add an oil change to the service---really? When we arrived at the center, the technician had no record of our appointment and didn't even know who Sara was. We were then told that even if the call center scheduled us, the store closes at 5 PM and they could not help us. It was extremely frustrating to be given an appointment without confirming the local staff’s availability---not even understanding

Had a wonderful experience with Larry he gave me an appointment, I showed up a couple minutes late and my appointment was still honored and I wasn't given any bs. Plus my car was done in a timely fashion without any upselling or recommended repairs that I didn't need. They do car inspections as well. 10/10

I was new to Pawtucket the first time I had my car serviced at Monro. I decided to take a chance because it was close to my home. My instincts served me well. The customer service was superb! The owner/manager gave me a detailed diagnostic report along with a detailed explanation in layman’s terms, so that I could make an informed decision. Since then, I haven’t gone anywhere else. Don't bring your car here! There are many shops nearby that offer much better services for much lower costs. Beware of hidden fees, upsales and scare tactics. I arrived here on my scheduled apointment time and I had to wait for 3 hours before they even touched my car because their call center schedules without knowing that they are backlogged by hours. I sat and watched the manager Mr. Brito call multiple people to cancel their apointments and those he didn't get to call were turned away at the door hours before the closing time because they were backlogged and call center still scheduled them. And also watched everyone in there who brought their car in for a reason, being told that they needed some extra very expensive repair or terrible things would happen with them. Finally after wait

Today I had a 10 AM appointment for a new inspection sticker. I arrived about 10 minutes early, my information was taken, papers were signed and my car was in the bay before 10, and I walked back into my house at exactly 10:41 AM, inspection completed. The gentlemen, (so sorry, I didn't get his name), who took my information was very nice and made the process quick and easy. Patrick did the inspection and had an excellent attitude the entire time. He was very kind and professional. Patrick also took my payment quickly and efficiently, all with a friendly smile. I truly appreciate how smoothly everything went, the staff's kindness and that I was in and out so quickly, sending a message that Monro cares about my time.
