After getting scammed at Johnson Ford for a simple oil change, Monro took care of me within the hour and for under $100! Always friendly people working here that genuinely want to help you. Love this location!

This was my first time going to Monroe. I had car issues late one evening and they were still open and I called and got an appointment for the following morning. they were absolutely wonderful and I would absolutely use their services again. Prices were grate. They were busy, but I look at that as a good thing!

Michael is a highly competent front desk manager and mechanic. He recommended to me a cheaper part that saved me money off of my repair. He is professional and makes sure to educate the consumer about the repairs that need to be made and what is essential for the safety of your car. Highly recommend!

One of the worst experiences of my life. Been back 7 times. I needed a code to go off, that was the root of the problem. After that 7 times, the code is on again and I have wasted time, gas, money, sanity, and had 2 weeks of headaches due to to a carbon monoxide leak they caused. The customer service for Monro seems to be an intentional stalling tactic. I have been ignored and hung up on. They refuse to talk about a refund and keep directing me to other people. At this point, we will be taking them to court and I think it is pretty clear from admissions on their own paperwork and lack of attempts to contact us back that they have been negligent. This Monro location installed the wrong catalytic converter on our vehicle — a federal unit on a California-emissions certified vehicle. That is not just sloppy work; installing a converter that is not certified for the vehicle can constitute tampering with an emissions control system under the Clean Air Act. Shops are required to install emissions components that match the vehicle’s certification. Installing a non-compliant catalytic converter can leave the vehicle out of compliance with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency emissions regulations and can cause it to fail inspection.
