Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers

I have taken my work truck to get serviced as far as oil change, new tires. They have always been professional and courteous. They are very thorough explaining the problem and the fix and the cost. This was my first time taking my personal vehicle 2025 Mazda CX50. I somehow managed to get a screw in my rear tire and it was losing pressure. My daughter drives that vehicle with my four year old grandson. They took in my vehicle and did a good job. I don’t normally do surveys, but I think they deserve one.

I have a classic car and Nelson and the other mechanics treat me and my car with respect. I have a 1970 gto and I don't let to many people near it. Thanks monro.

Had a flat and everywhere was short staffed and couldn’t take a walk in. Although short staffed was able to get in and out in less than an hour. Waiting room was comfortable and was shown why tire could not be repaired and what caused th he puncture. Tire was was reasonable priced but I was given options.

My car steering wheel locked up while driving and lights came on, it said service power steering, luckily I thought since I was right at a monro muffler they would maybe look and tell something or help at least. The old guy at the front desk did ask what can I help you with and I explained to him he immediately tried shutting me down and said well anything electrical I would go to the dealer it’s nothing I can tell you. Like your an auto shop he could have had the decency to just look at it or seem to care a little.

Nelson and Gordy and the entire team at Jefferson Rd location are truly the best at making sure my cars are well maintained. I have been bringing my cars there for years and will continue to do so!
