I called to set appointment and was givin a 99$ price for a synthetic oil change 2015 chevy 5.3 8quart system w a 20$ discount code. Got to shop and it was 168$ w 20 off to 148 and change. Happy with the service but feel scammed at price difference. The employee at the counter was very personable it was done in good time just didn’t like the difference between phone price and actual price. They charge 17.80 a qt for 3 extra quarts

Love the whole team at Monro! They took me in the shop and actually showed me what the issue was. They offer payment options which is great for the expensive repairs! My car needed a jump and they sent people to jump my car free of charge! Only going to Monro! Couldn’t be happier with everyone there!

So I had an appointment scheduled for a Saturday to get my snow tires on, I show up and they tell me they can’t do it and I have to come back Monday, then he proceeded to say he forgot to call everybody, how do you forget it’s your business. I get there Tuesday and they tell me I now have to wait until Friday, long story short that’s not what happened he did it that day, BUT comes to find out the guy that did it DOESN’T EVEN WORK THERE OR IN A SHOP TO MY KNOWLEDGE. Then I find out the guy only balanced one tire. Absolute failure of a business I wouldn’t even recommend an inspection get done here, if you plan on getting an appointment here please think again. I haven’t contacted the business about this issue because I will not have them touch my vehicle ever again even to fix it, it’s genui

Employee wasn’t able to originally find my account or service log. I’ve always brought my car there. Tried to upsell me on a 105$ full synthetic oil chsnge. When I proved that previous bill printouts showed I did indeed get my car serviced multiple times they agreed I could get the synthetic blend, then proceeded to charge me 96$ for the oil change when I was quoted 59.99. This was an increase from 50$ at my last appointment for the same service. I think I’ll be doing my own changes from now on if this is the new pricing .

Made an appointment for 9:00 am to have my new snow tires mounted. Arrived a bit early and was told I didn’t have an appointment. They did do the tires. I had been quoted a price of $120.00 and the actual fee was $156.56, so don’t trust the price you are quoted. Other than that, it was okay.
