Had an appointment and they took my vehicle in quickly. Was there for an hour for oil change and NYS inspection. Gentleman at desk was courteous and friendly. When checking out I showed the gentleman at the desk something I received in the mail. He explained how to get $20 back by rebate. I appreciated that.

The man behind the desk ,Ed, was very impressive with his customer service. Watching him interact with several customers made me think” I would come back here.” I was there for inspection. The cool guy on Friday was awesome too he made my appointment . Thanks so much.

3 times I've taken my truck to these guys, first time $470 for a thermostat fix. Still overheating, take it a second time $330, still overheating, third time $80 and they lied to my face saying that they drove the truck to Scotia and back and it was fine. I'm currently stuck under a overpass and got burned by boiling coolant.

Brought in son’s car at 9:00 am for misfire/ diagnostic. Replaced plugs, coil and valve cover gasket. Car was finished by 3:00pm Ed the manager was very helpful. Staff & work wa excellent. Highly recommend!!

I went in during the week to inquire about new tires for two of my vehicles. I was warmly greeted by Ed Alright at the desk. He asked how he could help and then asked a few questions about my vehicles and how I use them. He then printed out several different options for me at different price levels and discussed each with me. He only discussed the differences but never pushed to upsell. He never even suggested buying the most expensive option. He informed me they are all good choices. In the end I went with a tier below the most expensive. I chose Cooper Endeavor Plus tires. They have great reviews and excellent reputation and are more budget friendly than what was on my cars but offer similar performance.
