I bought my car last year and I need an inspection. They told me my signal light where out. Need to replace to pass my inspection. Which is been working fine. But i decide not to do it. So I have to pay 21 for fail but they removed my inspection sticker that was due on 1/26 and they game me a paper where my inspection due was 12/25 which is not true. I called them and said why you guys lie about and I want it to change it. And they that paper doesnt matter what matter is your inspiration sticker. I just said you guys removed it..and that paper you gave and if the cops stop me because I dont have one and you gave me one that expired on December. I. Gonna be on trouble. So I said to change it. On a Tuesday, I dropped off my car for an oil change. During the multipoint inspection, they noticed an issue with tie rods. On my way home afterwards, my car began having issues with accelerating (a lot like pressing the gas pedal when you're in neutral) and smoke blowing out like crazy. Very scary!! I turned around to have them take a look since this was not happening before my oil change. They saw that the technician had put in too much oil. They did another oil change and test drove my car to confirm it was corrected. I decided to take my car to the place that had done my tie rods earlier in the year in case there was a warranty. Today driving in from Rochester for a training my new car that I got through Carvana was dragging on the bottom of the whole way. The gentleman at the desk was incredibly kind and helped me with a temporary fix until I can get things handled with Carvana, he quickly got me in there and I really appreciated it because it will get me back to Rochester.

Very courteous and helpful. I left my car overnight in the parking lot. I had my car keys with me, and the driver side front window was rolled down. The mechanic who work on my car, taped a plastic sheet over the window, so the rain couldn’t get in.

I had to visit this store twice in about a week. The first time was for my Ford F-150, which had a flat tire with a large bolt stuck in the sidewall. The second visit was for an unrelated tire issue on my wife’s Bronco. Both times, the staff was courteous and helpful. I will definitely use them for future service.
