AMAZING experience! I had a nail in my tire and after going to two other places which were no help and said I'3dneed a new tire, this place took my car in right away. They were able to salvage the tire and plug the hole with no problem whatsoever. I am very happy with their service and the workers were so sweet! Definitely recommend

Every time I’ve been to this location of Monro I’ve always had great service. This time around was no different, They got me in fairly quickly and didn’t have to schedule a week out To get my truck looked at. I am moving out of state and I had a break pulsation so I wanted them to do an inspection on my truck before I left to see if it needed any work and I’m glad I did. Turns out that my clutch for the cooling fan for the motor went bad recently and I wasn’t aware because I don’t drive the truck very far. That would’ve sucked if I drove 1500 miles away and somewhere in between my motor overheated and got damaged. I had them fix it up and now it’s working no problem! I would recommend!

i has a slow leak in the passenger front tire. I had zero wait time, it was fixed in less than an hr snd i was inly charged $20. I will definitely be back in the future. Good people!

Wow! Amazing level of service at this location. I simply needed my tires rotated, and air added. Unlike most Syracuse locations, I didn't need to wait 1+ hours before the considered looking at my car. I received excellent attention, and my tires were rotated--just what I requested. The only issue I saw was the lobby clock needing a new battery.

This place is great! I walked in for an oil change with a coupon from a competitor and they took care of me. When I asked questions about snow tires (new vehicle, snow expected in a few days) they gave me advice and great deals on tires. They noticed that the brakes were soft and offered a free brake inspection! High class act here
