Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers

Absolutely awful! Just bought a new car and the tires were leaking air took it to the first monto location and they told me there was nothing wrong with my tires. I knew better so I took it to a second location because that’s the only in network place for the warranty and the tires were dry rotted in the treads and a nail in 2 of the tires! They got approval from warranty and replaced the tires. They charged me for 2 of the tires almost double what they quoted me and when they pulled the car out I could see a dent under my driver door. They must of drove it off the lift. They dented the rocker panel and the paints all cracked. Also 2 scrapes on the front bumper and under the bumper and the car is out of alignment. The service I received at place of business was amazing! I got in right on time for my same day appointment and the wait time was not long. I was cashed out on on my way in about 30 to 40 mins. I received a detailed list of what they checked on my car for inspection and they were very polite ,good customer service! HOWEVER...... The service I received in the phone making the appointment would receive 0 stars!!! They made me an appointment for a location that was on an administrative stop and were not able to do inspections!! I even asked 2 or 3 times for her to make sure about location due to fact I just had received a call saying the 1st appt that was made could not do inspections either. My daughter blew two tires going over a pot hole and the guys at Monroe went out of their way to fit her in on a busy Saturday, patching and rebalancing the tires so she was able to get home. Highly recommend them!!

Did not appreciate them not taking my car for a test drive after an alignment was done. The second day it was taken down the guy coped an attitude saying my husband was too early when he got there 9 minutes before the 10 o'clock appointment. Will definitely not be taking my vehicles here again. (After I make sure the alignment is right) Had problems before and thought we would give Monro a second chance.

Fast and courteous customer service, Jesse notified me every step of the way and helped me find the best deals on tires. Not cheap tires, but the good ones I wanted. Got a good deal. It cost a little more for everything than I may have paid going to the dealership but that's because I have rewards there, however they couldn't get me in for 4 weeks and I needed help now. Monro got me in on the day I was looking for and even though they had my car most of the day, I was updated by phone throughout the day.
