I was in a real crisis situation, with my company van and your calm attitude, patience, and willingness to help made all the difference. In moments like that, you never forget the people who step up. To start off, I had hope of good service from this shop but that disappeared quickly after I got my wheels back from being dismounted and mounted with new tires. The inside of the wheels were damaged with deep gouges from the tire machine that couldn’t grab it properly and then they never took off the old wheel weights and added more! Their techs are lazy and unqualified. I asked to get the wheels replaced and rebalanced in the meantime from Tyson and he blew me off so I made a call to corporate and filed a complaint. This has been a couple weeks now and trying to deal with corporate but no response. They blame everything but themselves for creating damage to your property. I would never deal with a shop like this. I don’t understand how they still get service.

Was in there today With My Wife, She got a amazing Price, Perfect professional Service, an Was talked to as a human not just someone who had no clue what was going on with the car. May have even found myself Work. I have been to a lot of auto Shop's and this is the first one i would honestly recommend and say is worth leaving a good review for after. Again Good Price, Honest and Effective Work.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable. They’ll get you together. Waiting area is very comfortable but the wait wasn’t too long. They also test drive the vehicle after they do the work, which I haven’t seen often surprisingly. They want to make sure you’re satisfied before you leave! Will definitely be back!

Oil change last month ...counter person they hired from a auto parts store sucks . Very rude .. young guy that changed my oil didn't seal it properly I had to go back "due to a vacuum leak " . Yesterday stopped in i need a headlight same counter person very rude he needs sent back to O'Reilly auto parts store. WhenI questioned them about being ACS Certified there was hesitation . Wont be going back anytime soon this place is over priced and has very rude employees. When Dave. Mike , and Jerry were there that was good customer service. I've found a new place.
