Came from out of town on the way to a volleyball tournament in Syracuse. Had an oil change done in my hometown 2 days prior. “Oil low” light came on about 30 miles away. Stopped at this establishment off I-90. If these guys were in my hometown - they’d immediately become my “go-to” shop. Got the car right in, took care of us in a hurry and got us on our way so we weren’t late. The professionalism, kindness and detail is something I’ve never seen at a shop before. I can’t thank the mechanics enough

These guys were great! From New Jersey and In town for my son’s box lacrosse tournament and caught a flat that needed a plug. Went by another local business and was turned away because their bays were full. Monroe got me right in even though they had all their bays filled and were busy! Thank you so much! -Tom

I've been coming here for years. Brad hasn't steered me wrong yet. I just purchased 4 new tires, he located a great deal for me and even found a $100 rebate. I'm pretty happy. Brad is also very respectful in his communication, he doesn't mansplain things to me which I really appreciate.

The worst experience I've had in a long time. They did work i told them to wait on and DID NOT do the work I asked for. When I questioned why they did that the manager Brad LIED TO ME AND HIS DISTRICT MANAGER claiming he did what I told him to do. I bought front tires and told them to do an aliment. Instead they did back brakes. My new tires were destroyed because of no aliment. DOUBLE CHECK WHAT THEY DO, BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO GET CAUGHT IN BRADS LIES. I have made 24 calls to corporate office with no justice. I feel they owe me 2 new tires. If you go to Monroe go to the Herkimer store, they DON'T LIE AND CHEAT TO THE COSTUMERS. They also DO NOT TALK BAD ABOUT OTHER MONROE STORES LIKE BRAD DOES.
