My friends always make fun of me, because they believe I regularly get scammed at mechanics. I've had 3 cars and haven't stayed a regular at any place because I always feel awful after. This is the only shop where I've gotten a major job done (driveshaft replacement + wheel allignment) where I can say I've come out feeling good about what I spent and the repair that was done. Chuck and his team are it. A big thing for me and why I am unable to go to most shops is I work overnights, and my days off are Sundays and Mondays. No family owned mechanic in the area from Lewiston to Buffalo are open on Sundays, and on Mondays, they open too late in the day for me to go. It's very crucial I get my car back before Tuesday night for my regular shift and the boys at this place were the first to make

The tech who checked my car tires was very efficient and found a nail. I was grateful that he took the time to help me. The associate at the front desk was not very efficient. When I call to check the status of my vehicle he stated that my vehicle had been ready for over a half an hour, but "forgot" to call me. The whole experience took roughly 3 hours to put on a new tire (which I thought was very long) due to the associate, neglecting to call me back. I am not sure if this was the best possible price for a new tire, but I needed to get this service done and the tire taken care of.

After running over a median in a parking lot during a snowstorm and getting two flat tires, Chuck had me in and out ASAP, which was great because we had a six hour ride in front of us. Chuck was very friendly and did a fantastic job for me. I would recommend him again and again to anyone that needs tires. Thank you, Chuck for a great job!

I ended up going for a simple New York State inspection. They touched my oil left the oil cap off of my engine. They got all over then. After I bitched them out, they ended up coming. Put oil into my vehicle had me drive all the way back. They claimed it refused to change the oil and they did decrease it. But are refusing to steam clean it. So I'm getting ready to get in touch with the lawyer. Do not go to this spot

I'm not one to leave one star reviews but if I would I would get lower. my alignment is off not even correct you changed my oil and left the oil cap to the engine off all of that oil has been spewing out I do not recommend this place
