I moved to Virginia last year, but that doesn’t deter me from going back to Monro under Kevin’s supervision to work on my car. I trust him and he and his team have not let me down. Kevin tells it like it is. He is a great communicator and has excellent customer service skills. He’s also very empathetic and very helpful when providing advice on how to get the best deal. I have observed how he has treated others with kindness and respect.

Long overdue to give Kevin and the guys at Monro a five-star rating. I’ve been bringing my cars here for a few years and the work and price is always exceptional. Kevin and his team are really wonderful and knowledgeable and are assets to the York community — they’re out to fix and maintain your car at a reasonable price and not nickel and dime or oversell/upcharge. Can’t recommend enough.

I met Kevin, who runs the shop for 17 years, 10 minutes before they closed at 650pm. He heard my problem and said they would check it out the next morning. He did and said there was nothing wrong besides a radiator cap needed replaced. He’s honest and true to his word. I’ll be back and I am sending my girlfriend there because he’s honest. I needed to have my annual reinspection and emissions completed. They got me in on the same day. The staff was amazing. Very helpful. I was told to drive around some more and come back to do the inspections. I paid a service fee and that was it.

I'm very late at posting this review but this past summer we were traveling to the York area and ran into issues with a brake hanging up. Of course we were in a time crunch to get it repaired to continue our trip. We called Monro and they told us to bring it right in! We were able to walk around the area for breakfast, coffee, and the thrift store nearby. We were so thankful for their quick service, their kindness, and overall service.
